There are many different players in a real estate transaction. The Listing Agent represents a seller. A Seller's Agent works with a buyer, but has the interest of the seller in mind when writing contracts.

Get Pre-Approved

If you do not have a lender, or would like to get a second quote call a Talavera Gonzalez Realty agent.

Set-up a Home Search

A Talavera Gonzalez agent can show you any property on the market. Realtor use a system call Multiple Listing Service, which lists all properties available on the market no matter what company the property is listed through.

Write a Home Offer

Once you find a perfect home and are ready to write an offer, as a buyer agent will represent you legally and negotiate for you.

Walk-through & Closing

The last day before closing is your turn to look at the property one last time to make sure that everything is still in the same condition it was when you offer was accepted.

Learn more before purchasing a home. We are here to guide you every single step so that you can get the home you deserve.

Research before you look.

Decide what features you most want to have in a home, what neighborhoods you prefer, and

how much you'd be willing to spend eachmonth for housing.

Be realistic.

It's OK to be picky, but don't be unrealistic with vour expectations. There's no such thing as a perfect home. Use your list of priorities as a guide to evaluate each property.

Get your finances in order.

Review vour credit report and be sure you have enough money to cover your down payment and closing costs. Then, talk to a lender and get prequalified for a mortgage.

Don't ask too many people for opinions.

It will drive you crazy. Select one or two people to turn to if you feel you need a second opinion, but be read to make the final 
decision on our own.
