Talavera González Realty real estate agents strive in providing excellent customer service; it’s what we are about. I’m Armando Talavera, it was a dream of mine to own my own business, while doing what I enjoy most. It’s rooted from my days as a car salesman from 1999-2005, which then led to obtaining my real estate license in 2005; in 2014 I earned my brokers license. When I started in real estate, many of my car customers became my real estate customers. Why would former car customers contact me? For some, they were looking for someone that was bilingual, but for most it was about the trust built through ethical practices and that’s the service I always provide. These same customers in turn helped make my dream become a reality. It’s in my customer’s best interest, my belief in being upfront about all aspects of any sale that Talavera González sets us apart from other companies. Talavera González real estate agents do not have that “make that sale” mentality. It’s about seeing a smile from ear to ear on my/our customer’s face after purchasing or selling their home.
